Crew was always helpful and friendly. Customer Service was not always on top of things. Shore excursions staff was very helpful.
I will travel with RC again.

This was our first cruise with RC. We chose this ship for the itinerary: ABC islands. Unfortunately, we could not dock in Aruba due to high winds, but hey, it's Mother Nature. No one really wanted to go to Nassau AGAIN....but at least the captain found us another port...HA!

I chose this particular cruise because of the destination (Southern Caribbean and length of cruise).
Embarkation was slow, security staff offensive and shouting shouting at guests boarding and then once on main level I viewed a police officer holding a machine gun! Frightening, being shuffled around...it was awful. My friend and I were separated from one another.

This was my second time aboard this ship. All of the staff and crew were friendly and helpful. However, it would seem that it may be time for a refurbish. A lot of the ship is showing signs of wear.
