Crew was always helpful and friendly. Customer Service was not always on top of things. Shore excursions staff was very helpful. I will travel with RC again. The meals were very good well prepared and service was excellent . Meals were not always hot. Art Show was very interesting. Saw several shows with DaZ and Richie C and enjoyed all of them. They are talented and amusing. The ...

This was our first cruise with RC. We chose this ship for the itinerary: ABC islands. Unfortunately, we could not dock in Aruba due to high winds, but hey, it's Mother Nature. No one really wanted to go to Nassau AGAIN....but at least the captain found us another port...HA! We arrived at the Miami port around noon. We were in our cabin by 1:30! Luggage did not come to our room until ...

I chose this particular cruise because of the destination (Southern Caribbean and length of cruise). Embarkation was slow, security staff offensive and shouting shouting at guests boarding and then once on main level I viewed a police officer holding a machine gun! Frightening, being shuffled around...it was awful. My friend and I were separated from one another. Our cabin was filthy ...

Will Never Cruise Royal Caribbean Again

We have been on approximately 11 cruises, seven of which have been on RCCL. We chose this cruise because it was going to four places we had never been to before. We will remember this cruise for all the wrong reasons. While this cruise had a number of minor annoyances, the two major issues were the fact that the cruise to Aruba did not go to Aruba, and the snorkeling excursion in Bonaire did ...

I traveled with my husband, no children. We arrived in Miami the night before to explore. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami. The area was cute but not alot of stuff to do. There was alot of construction and run down buildings in the area. The embarkation and disembarkation processes were a disorganized mess. We were hit with high pressure sales pitches for drink packages, spa days etc as ...

We chose this cruise because it went to Aruba. We had to re route due to bad weather (I know that’s no ones fault). But then they take us to Nassau (the worst port in the carribean). So multiple passengers were upset with that choice. On to the food... the main dining room was a disaster. The food was terrible. Not only was the food terrible, they rarely changed the menu throughout the 9 days. ...

I have always enjoyed Royal Caribbean cruises. Loved the Navigator of the Seas ship and the Promenade was my favorite. So much going on there and you could sit and watch all the people go by. I did not like the area in the Solarium or around the pool as there were not enough chairs and they all had towels on them early in the day. If a towel is on more than 30 min. without someone on it the ...

Amazing service but cleanliness was lacking

We left the hotel around noon and was on the ship by 1 pm so boarding was handled very effectively. We had lunch and windjammers never disappoints but then went to the room and noticed the cleanliness of the room was horrible. This is the last thing I'd think I’d need to worry about on a cruise with RC. The chair in the room and the bathroom had body hair all over it. The couch and the bed ...

Nice Cruise. Some issues, but O.K. in general

This was my second time aboard this ship. All of the staff and crew were friendly and helpful. However, it would seem that it may be time for a refurbish. A lot of the ship is showing signs of wear. It seemed as though the public restrooms were out of order a lot and the ones that were working were extremely dirty. Dining was not as good as when I was last on the Navigator (2 years). The ...
