First off, the ship was way too crowded. You can't walk out of the stateroom without having to push people away. The main pool was literally more human than the actual water in the pool. The food was terrible. You could tell they used frozen vegetables which resulted in soggy and oddly salty vegetables. Dry and overcooked meat. Overcooked pasta and noodle. Cabin- we had a nice balcony along with lots of space. 5 stars for that. Food- main dinning room was not good, at all. Whole wheat pasta for kids, is that a joke? Nope. Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. Worst vacation of my life. Felt like a prisoner packed like sardines on that ship with way too many people. It was spring break and sold out. Loud obnoxious music and noise everywhere. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. Our cruise departure from NYC was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous cruise experiencing “bad weather.” We were scheduled to be in Bermuda Tuesday-Friday morning.
