I chose this cruise for the ports, especially Iceland. I could go on and on about the wonderful ports. My sister raved about Royal Caribbean so we thought we would try it. Mother in law booked a family cruise on this floating nightmare. Checking in and boarding in Southampton was a joke. Rude miserable staff who did not want to be there and a terminal far too small for this ship. We waited in line for an hour and we had not even moved 20 meters. Booked this cruise as a bucket list trip on royal. What a mistake. This cruise line will probably have pay toilets soon. I would never book them again.
