I'll start with the positives, because there aren't many:
+ The cabin was nice (though it should be for the price)
+ The shower worked well

Bilbao
Bilbao was good, my partner and I walked to the beach while other family members took the free shuttle into town.
Paris
The town is a long walk through an ugly industrial area, or pay £7 per person for a shuttle that takes you out of town, to the train station.
