Son's HS graduation cruise trying MSC

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

Embarkation: Check-in was fast and MSC workers courteous, except one New Yorker port worker at security (but I'm a Texan in New York). We had a 10-10:30 am check-in time. After a subway and a bus, we arrived just a few minutes after 10am, dropped our luggage, and then we had to show passport and boarding passes before entering the security. After security was check-in, getting a boarding card, ...

Chose this cruise because of the itinerary and price. We found the overall ship to be in good shape and clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Stayed in a Haven suite and found the cabin to be clean and good size for my wife and I. We found the food to very good and restaurant staff to be great. The casino on the ship is the biggest we have seen on a cruise ship and really liked ...

We sailed out of Miami with our 3 teens on Spring Break. Embarkation was easy. We had 2 Oceanview cabins on deck 2 and were surprised at how modern, bright and clean they were. The beds were really comfy and our room attendant Rhea went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This ship may be older, but honestly, it was spotless and beautifully updated. We did not do any speciality dining and ...

Hello! We are in our 40s with a tween. We have cruised several times- 3 with Carnival, Royal, and Norweigan. Pros: The ship is beautiful! She is well maintained. Staff was fantastic. Room steward did an excellent job. She was always cheerful. Our waiter was fantastic. He was attentive. I loved the Italian restaurant and the pizza. All of the onboard activities was great. Slides, sky rider, and ...

The steak house was fantastic little pricey but worth it the buffet needs work. I travelled as a solo woman in her mid 40’s. I chose this cruise as it wasn’t much more expensive than booking a land based holiday, the comparing solo supplements etc. I flew in on the Saturday with Tui, but it was on an airplane ran by Titan airways, so P&O contracted to TUI who contracted out again to Titan. Made the thank you announcements quite long! Flight was comfortable and plane ...

Enjoyable cruise despite too many itinerary changes & less time in ports!

Review for a Africa Cruise on Norwegian Dawn

We booked this 12 day cruise to South Africa & Namibia when we found out our Israel/Egypt cruise with Celebrity wouldn't be going ahead due to the political situation there. When we booked we were going to spend only 3 days at sea with long port days in most of the ports of call including 2 full days in Namibia. Due to several itinerary changes including the last change being only a week ...

Royal Caribbean pleasantly surprised me

We haven't sailed with Royal in almost 20 years and have been on 6 Carnival cruises in between those times. We had a very good time to say the least. Miami was our port and we got thru security and onto the ship within 30 mins but I could see it taking an hour or more easily. The ship was laid out better than most of Carnivals ships, and its really easy to navigate. It felt more grand than ...

This was our first cruise and I almost thought it would be our last. But lets start with the good: The ship is very nice and spacious, our balcony cabin was beautifully decorated, nice color scheme, very large and comfortable bed, decent size bathroom and lots of storage space. The cabin was super clean and cabin service was great. We had booked a VIP package. which offered certain privileges like ...
