This was the second transatlantic cruise for us. This time from Venice to Fort Lauderdale. Last year we crossed the Atlantic on the Costa Favolosa from Savona to Guadaloupe. Both crossings were, for us, very good and fulfilled almost all our expectations.

I chose this cruise because of the itinerary mostly.
Even though I had heard negative comments for Costa, I thought I might try it. No cruise line is perfect.

This was my 3rd cruise on Costa and absolutely terrible. The port times were by far the shortest of all the cruise ships. I emailed the cruise line numerous times to ensure one of the three cabins are a twin (and received confirmation in writing it will be done) which did not happen. I cant be more unpleasant with this Cruise. The service in the Bars, Restaurant, Lobby and all in General was the WORST Service Ever. All the personal in the Ship was really Rude. I don´t recommend Costa Deliziosa to any body.
