Ship and staff were excellent everyone is working as a team and it shows from the officers to the bar staff, everyone speaks to you even if they are painting outside or cleaning.

This was our first cruise. We couldn't fault the service. It was a wonderful experience ,from Julianna and Andre keeping our room clean and tidy to our beautiful singing counter assistant Treshanna and our waiters Bang Bang and Mark and sommelier Ovidou. Always wanted to visit the Baltic states and especially Russia. The beautiful Eclipse was faultless. The service was first class, food excellent and entertainment enjoyable. We chose The Celebrity Eclipse because we enjoyed our previous cruise on there. The only downside on the first cruise was the awful loud pop music playing all over the ship, especially in the Oceanview Cafe. Thankfully they must have listened to the complaints and the music is now very quiet and unobtrusive.
