This was our 3rd cruise on the Celebrity Eclipse 2014 and 2015 ship cabin was excellent but have to say this year service has declined quite alarming after two previous years.

There was a shortage of bar staff and waiter service very slow/coffee bar again short of staff coffee luke warm waiter service slow/ Main Dining Moonlight Sonata Service slow food on most occasions luke warm got fed up of sending meals back the menu was poor desserts very basic to previous years waiting long periods of time for table to be cleared between courses, waiters seemed to be novices and very slow waiting 20min for drink waiters for service .

Ocean view café shortage of staff drinks waiters non existing once again long periods of time removing used plates food not very hot the plates for desserts were to hot including the cheese foods. Read more
