They don’t have their act together regarding excursions and port information

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on World Traveller

Small ship sounded great, less than 200 passengers on an ocean voyage. Billed as luxury. Worst part was the sewage smell from our bathroom. They did try to fix it. The ship is new but hard to believe this is the first time there’s been this problem. People passing by commented on the smell coming from our room. The food was sometimes good, sometimes really not good. The entire staff, with ...

Smelly Bathroom Throughout

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on World Traveller

We chose this cruise because of the "twofer" offering and the Portugal visit. Crew was outstanding, food was inconsistent (terrible paella prepared under a visiting chef - mushy and tasteless, confirmed by some of the staff). There was a shortage of shore excursions, no plan as to where to go when we disembarked, no taxis when we were told they'd be there, uninspired descriptions of stops we'd ...

don't choose a starboard side as you will always face the port

The ship is very new and very nice and the room is lovely I didnt do my research very well. the ports left a lot to be desired actually they were pretty terrible Now I know why, I know no one who has been to the Canary Islands. firstly the ship always docked at the starboard side so we had boring cement to look at . mostly we cruised at night but now in Seville and 30 minutes walk ...

We were supposed to complete a trip of Morocco but husband had an operation so needed some time out so booked with just a few days to go. I must say Atlas Florida didnt make it easy, we were told the next cruise we wanted ( back to back ) Was sold out.As I dont have the word "no" in my vocabulary I called another place and lo and behold I could choose from 4 different type cabins plus suites so ...

Terrible experience, worse cruise ever taken

I was traveling with my husband, brother and friends. I picked this cruise as I like the itinerary. The Atlas Ocean voyages advised themself as a luxury cruise cruise. It turn out there is nothing luxury about the ship. We were extremely disappointed when we got on board. We have completed all the pre board questionnaires on line before boarding, yet they had us refilled the form again. When ...

Beyond all expectations

Atlas Ocean Voyages is a cruise line that I'd been watching since its launch. In 2022, a deal of a lifetime popped up and we decided to book our dream trip to Antarctica. All of our expectations were exceeded. Ship: the ship is small but feels big. The community spaces are well-designed and welcoming. The stabilizers did a great job of keeping us as stable as possible during our rough ...

What an Incredible Trip

I had been researching an Antarctica cruise for a couple of years and had looked at pretty much most cruise lines offering Antarctica cruises. Atlas kept making my top 3 list for what if looked like a luxury expedition at a competitive fare. I was worried about some of the negative reviews from their inaugural year. When they started with their BOGO fares last fall, I told my husband we were ...

For years, I have been looking for a cruise to Antarctica that combines adequate time off the ship experiencing the spectacular scenery and wildlife with all the comforts of a luxury cruise that my wife would appreciate. The Atlas Ocean Traveller Expedition cruise that we have just completed fit the bill perfectly. The ship was the ideal size with well under 200 passengers onboard and almost as ...

Good decision

Review for a Antarctica Cruise on World Traveller

Having dithered and debated for months we ended up booking and then cancelling more than one other very expensive cruiselines to take a punt on Atlas. In the event it certainly wasn't a decision that we regretted and we were extremely happy with the Atlas offering. We had 127 out of a possible 200 passengers. With 130 crew we were incredibly well looked after. This brand new ship is very ...
