We went with my daughter and her boyfriend to celebrate her 30th birthday. We had 2 balcony cabins which were adequate in size, quiet and comfortable. Boarding was hassle free and we found our cabins without a problem.
Service by the staff was, as always, excellent but there was a palpable sense of stress as though the staff were having to work too hard. They seem to have to work 12 hours a day ...
The servers at dinner were very accommodating. The bartenders mostly made you wait unless you had money in hand it to show you were tipping. The dining room food was good and the servers especially Prosecco our waiter in the Trellis dining room.
Warning to all passengers!!!! Don’t eat any sushi or lobster soup! I along with other guests got food poisoning on lobster soup in the Sushie ...
We chose this cruise because of the destinations. We chose Celebrity because it was recommended by our friend and travel agent. We have been on 20 or more cruises collectively, but never on Celebrity. May never go on Celebrity again.
The onboarding process was great! 5 stars
All the food was really good. We visited all 3 specialty dining restaurants. They were good as well. 4 stars

New ship. Extremely well done. The excellent part stops there. Dining experience the first couple of days was ridiculous. They didn’t have anywhere near enough staff to handle the number of passengers. Reservation system was not working so people with specialty restaurant packages couldn’t use them. They had to fly a group of additional crew members in. Bad planning. The food was not at the same ...
We chose this cruise as we had previously been on a Celebrity transatlantic cruise and loved it. Also, this was a new ship which we wanted to experience.
The Pros - The ship was beautiful and the infinitely stateroom was wonderful. The best bed I have had on a cruise.
The food also was very good, better quality than most cruises we have been on.
The Cons - The dining set up was ...
Upfront, I'm not posting to boast about my dozen cruises this year... or my usual suite accommodations... nor do I have any hidden agendas that others seem to list "between the lines." This is merely my perspective in comparing Celebrity today with the Celebrity I previously loved 3 years ago.
Some, most, or all who differ with my assessment will probably want to use the ramifications of COVID ...
After being 2 and 3-star Mariners on Holland America, my dad and I sailed on the Summit a year ago in August 2021 after we got a good rate and wanted to try Celebrity. We had such an amazing experience that we decided to take my mom with us on the Infinity due to timing/ports of call/etc.. I want to preface my review by saying that we went in knowing that it was a similar size ship to the Summit ...
Take it from a die-hard Holland America fan, we thought if we spent more, we would enjoy more on the Celebrity Constellation. We cruise a few times a year.
We rented a family suite on the Constellation, a splurge if you will for just us "2" that featured an oversized balcony on the back of the ship. The room turned out to be the only quiet we could find in the 10 days we sailed. It was a ...
This is only my opinion from being on this cruise compared to other cruise lines I have been on
Positives - ship was easy to board very efficient no problems occurred .
Staff as always there on hand so helpful and the long shifts they do they always have a smile and good morning/afternoon.
Spotless ship can’t fault the cleanliness and the space we had in a balcony suite
Negatives ( ...
This seemed a nice short cruise to reassess cruising after covid we booked this when things to look a little better in October 21. We watched reports on cruise critic about customers experiences while coming over tha Atantic. Report about COVID were worrying and we were very tempted to cancel and change to another date but due to our other holiday and travel plans were unable to find a ...
