We booked Aqua class, as had done several times before. Not worth it, and for much less, you get almost the same in other categories, like Veranda or Concierge. Blu restaurant was always full, had to wait 15-20 minutes every evening, no matter what time we arrived. Breakfast is available between 7.30 and 9. Good but very slow. Chose ship for itinerary and heard good things. Crowd was tame. Very few children. Used to more rowdy crowd, so this was nice. Dining room choices very bland. Not much fish offered. I have done the Alaskan cruise 6 times and this was the worst. Holland America beats Celebrity hands down in every category. Here we go: the coffee was awful. After around 20 cruises, this was our first Med. - and our last. The Silhouette which we had been on twice before was very crowded, I believe the passenger capacity has been increased and it showed.
