New ship. Extremely well done. The excellent part stops there. Dining experience the first couple of days was ridiculous. They didn’t have anywhere near enough staff to handle the number of passengers. Reservation system was not working so people with specialty restaurant packages couldn’t use them. They had to fly a group of additional crew members in. Bad planning. The food was not at the same level as prior cruises. I understand the difficulties of cooking for 3000 people but cold food and bland food shouldn’t be the result. The worst problem, though are the flaws in the infinity balcony design. Hundreds of passengers complained because of creaking noises coming from the balcony. I went to address it with guest relations and was handed a pair of earplugs and told it was designed that way. It was so bad it sounded like road construction in the middle of the night. Not an exaggeration. While waiting in the line at guest relations, I heard a number of people saying they had actually found seats in the lounge areas to sleep through the night because of the noise. As with most cruises, the internet sucked. Also a huge complaint daily from many passengers.

Cabin Review

Very well done, except for the incredibly loud, banging and creaking noises.
