Poor everything

Review for Carnival Liberty to Bahamas

Previous customer-and 5th cruiser with Carnival. This was by far the worst cruise we have ever taken. The many changes Carnival has made really makes a BIiG negative difference. Listed below: Food - less than mediocre in the dinning room. Meat is tuff. Portions are much smaller (not that it made a difference in the taste. Options are not child friendly. Stick with the outside offerings ...

Review for Carnival Splendor to Australia & New Zealand

The embarkation was fast. The main lobby was very small, noisy and crowded. Their website says they use USD so I selected cash for my onboard account (I have only AUD bank card). I called hotline and they told me they use AUD, but I needed to get on board soon. So took 25 minutes to wait for guest service staff to fix my account (linked to AUD bank card ). I chose King bed for my dad online 2 days ...

Review for Carnival Valor to Caribbean - Western

First, the good things. My wife and I chose this cruise as a winter getaway. We generally prefer 7 day cruises but a 5 day trip departing from New Orleans looked like a good vacation. In addition we decided to stay in an oceanview cabin and it was a good value. The Valor staff were all hard working and courteous. Every employee we encountered did the best they could in their role to serve ...

Review for Carnival Conquest to Bahamas

After many years since my last cruise, my new husband and I decided it was time for him to experience his first cruise. We chose the Conquest because the itinerary fit our schedule. We also chose the conquest for it's size, and the deal we got on this sailing. We were booked for an Ocean Suite, but the upgrade fairy put us in a Grand Suite. We took advantage of the perks that come with a ...

Amazing experience

This was our first cruise and the experience was more than expected. Everything was so easy, from boarding to disembarkation. I don’t even know where to begin. Zack the cruise director was awesome (funny, witty, welcoming)….he totally needs his own show! Lady Ocean (Fun Squad member) treated everyone like they were part of HER family! Absolutely loved her. The cleanliness of this ship was ...

Sooo I really wanted to go on an RCL cruise, but my mother picked Carnival for our mini Mother/Daughter getaway. Both had an identical itinerary option for a short weekend trip to Nassau but Carnival was a lot cheaper. I really wish we would have shelled out the extra $100 per person for RCL. (Our suite on Carnival was $100 less than a standard balcony would have been on RCL) >>>> I'll start ...

Review for Carnival Breeze to Caribbean - Western

Sailed on the Carnival Breeze January 16-21 We chose this cruise kind of last minute since our cruise was cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic. My wife and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary so we took this opportunity to sail without our kids. We let the cruise line pick out room. We were assigned 7237, which is in the front of the ship but unfortunately right above the theater so ...

Probably One of Our Best Carnival Cruises

Review for Carnival Glory to Caribbean - Western

If you're in the market for a cruise vacation, the Carnival Glory is a solid choice. I recently spent seven days on the ship, and found it to be the perfect amount of time. Not too long, but long enough to fully experience all the amenities the ship has to offer. I've been on two cruises out of New Orleans, and it's my favorite departure location. The Glory is starting to show its age a bit, ...

My family and I just returned from our 3rd Carnival Cruise and I felt compelled to write a review. I was waiting for the survey they kept telling us we would get via email but it still has not come. Our extended family has been cruising with carnival for many years but this last experience was really bad. It is sad to say I was actually looking forward to getting off the ship and going home after ...

Review for Carnival Liberty to Bahamas

First Time Cruiser • Age 40s

This was very first cruise that wasn't just a casino or day cruise. My cruise mate was a platinum cruiser who was more than willing to show me ropes. Day one, embarkation. Getting through the mayhem of the drug dogs was a breeze and boarding went as easy as you could imagine. We scheduled our embarkation time for 10:30am and was on the boat no later than 11:15. The boat was clean ...
