We liked the length of this cruise, ten days, and the convenience of sailing out of Tampa. Our penthouse suite was a treat and provided all the space and handicap equipment we needed. Our butler Henry was a gem, predicting and meeting our every need. The NCL Dawn is a beautiful ship, hardly recognizable after the recent remodeling. food is over salt fruits not addible test bad same lunch every day whole trip no banana no prunes no nuts every passenger was in line to eat dinner same time long line free style dinning is not working

Sailed on the Norwegian Dawn for 11 nights on 1/28/18 in a balcony cabin. We are frequent cruisers and are NCL Gold status in their Latitudes program. I'll make this short and sweet because I don't want to even have to think about cruising with them after the past two experiences.

The ship was totally under staffed
The food which you had to wait for wasn't worth waiting for. Cold most of the time.
The bartenders or lack there of were rude and acted as if they didn't want to be doing their job.

We went mostly for the entertainment. Kid Rock was awesome, the other passengers were awesome. As far as the Norwegian Jade, I'd never go back on again. I've been on Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Princess...this is the worst ship I've ever been on.

The service was terrible, we were delayed in port for 6 hours, delayed even getting on the ship. Waited for over an hour to get drinks as the electronic card service was broken. The ship left the dock 6 hours late because of mechanical problems. In the meantime I waited in a line 1 1/2 miles long to get on the boat. chose this cruise because of the port, date and length. embarkation - we waited outside in line for two hours. boat left 6 hours late; due to underwater repairs. boat arrived back in Tampa 4 hours early at 2 am .
