We decided to take a family cruise, and planned this for almost a year. The excitement quickly turned to disappointment, as each day there were little things that just added to the aggravation. There wasn't any place on the ship except for the casino that you could be away from children. Apparently, the youth programs were not good so the children stayed out for the trip. The club was open to children, and there were several observed drinking as well. This was reported, but nothing was done. Bingo was open to children and they were even given free cards to play and could win the money prizes - even though they played for free. Karaoke was nothing but a children's show as well. Very disappointed that there were no activities that were adult only. The only bright spot of this trip was that we had a large enough group that we created our own fun. If not for that, we would be very upset at the money we paid for this trip. Dinner reservations were messed up every night, there was no communication about amount of "hold" placed on credit cards, Communication App that we paid to use did not work half of the time, and I could go on with all of the things that were wrong. Again, nothing major but just so many little things that kept the aggravation going up until the end. There were many people on this ship with the same feeling, as that seemed to be the subject every time we were sitting talking with other folks. I hope that this was just a fluke, as we really enjoy cruising - but will never go on this ship and probably not on this cruiseline again.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Not much to do at this port except lay on the beach or swim. Very few shops and limited selection of souveniers available.
