The service was terrible, we were delayed in port for 6 hours, delayed even getting on the ship. Waited for over an hour to get drinks as the electronic card service was broken. They were working on the ship right above the eating area and sand, paint and dirt was flying in our food. Couldn't get near the pools or hot tubs as they were packed. If you didn't make reservations for dinner, you were waiting for over an hour to eat. Instead of free styling, we called it a Free for all. Our cruise was then shorted again on the back 6 hours due to they wanted to get back early to unload as ship was going to dry dock for refurbishing. So, the casino and duty free shops were not open on the first day and they closed at 10pm on the last day so they could get into port at 2am. This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. Never could find a clean table, the last day couldn't find any ketchup. Heard so many complaints from other passengers. So we were shorted on our cruise but still paid full price. What a rip off!
