I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this cruise has been a huge disappointment. The food has been horrible. I paid for the upgraded premium plus drink and dinner as well as a balcony. We chose this cruise because we wanted a cruise longer than 7 days. We enjoy sea days and this one gave us 5 glorious days to relax. Embarkation was a mess as far as dropping off luggage, they appeared to only have 5 or 6 guys collecting luggage. Right off the top the ship’s layout is dated and confusing. Almost every level of the ship is dark and gloomy even on the brightest of days.
