Needed to get away and booked this about 2 months prior to sailing. Food was typical major cruise line: not great, not horrible. My only real complaint was with the scheduling of activities. We had late dining and there were too many times where we couldn't see the production shows, go to trivia, or the game shows because of conflicts with dining.
We didn't get off the ship in Cabo. We took ...
We have not cruised on Princess for over ten years and that was on the Emerald Princess when we were totally new to cruising. Since then we have cruised over 25 times on NCL, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America and Carnival.
The itinerary went from Fort Lauderdale to Princess Cay, then on to Falmouth, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and finally Cozumel, Mexico. We did not plan any excursions ...
Have been on this ship 3 times before this. First time in a suite which was just wonderful.
The crew was so friendly and they went out of their way to make things just right. Club Class dining was really special. You can show up whenever you want and you are seated immediatel by the hostess. The extra attention by the waiter, assistant waiter and the MaitreD was appreciated and the special ...
This was to be a once in a lifetime cruise so we spared no expense. Money spent was worth it. Suite was perfect. Club Class dining option and various perks were great. The ship was built in late 90's and they have done a great job with upkeep. We did not sign up for many activities and entertainment. Preferred chilling out. Music at the various bar venues could have been better. Shore ...
It was a chance to sail on the fanciest Princess Ship. The ship is beautiful. Unfortunately,
My ankle was injured and I couldn’t go too many places. The location of the phone jack in relation to one of only two outlets made it hard to plug things in. I was never informed when I booked that my room had bunk beds above our beds. We hit our heads several times sitting up in our beds. We had to ...
I just took the 10 Days Regal Princess out of New York last November and had the best food service and selection so I gather a group of friends to do the 10 Days Euro Explorer cruise and what a disappointment! Everyday the breakfast buffet is exactly the same! Where is the smoke salmon? If is behind the station and you have to ask for it! Water down coffee and hard as a rock toast! Lunch ...
I had never visited the Eastern Caribbean ports. I enjoyed the different ports: St. Kitts, Martinique, Barbados, Antiqua. St. Thomas. Grand Turks & Caicos plus the weather was beautiful. The ship staff ( waiters and cabin stewards) were wonderful. The terry cloth robe was nice. We had plenty of hangers. The cabin was small. The balcony did not have a foot stool which I would have liked. My ...
This is my 3rd cruise w/ Princess, and 2nd on the same route. The ship’s decor and public areas are kept neat and clean while our cabin were always pristine. Dining is a big disappointment, both buffet and formal dining, food are either average or below, very poor quality, and salty at times. Ship crews need to smile more and learn to throw pleasant greetings - it’s a stressful job but this is a ...
Amazing, amazing trip. Everything, except for casino, was beyond and above expectations. Casino needs more variety on slots. I loved the robes (waffle), and would love to purchase one for my husband for Father’s Day. Please help with this. The food was ok, but need more variety. Lots of curry in the food. This is not a good choice for all people. Os e of the shipboard staff, such as ...
The food at the Crown Grill was fabulous. Everything was cooked just right. We were not rushed and had a great meal. Servers were there when you needed them.

The food in the dining rooms were average at best. Nothing stood out.

We did not eat on deck 15 Lido deck.
