This is my 3rd cruise w/ Princess, and 2nd on the same route. The ship’s decor and public areas are kept neat and clean while our cabin were always pristine. Dining is a big disappointment, both buffet and formal dining, food are either average or below, very poor quality, and salty at times. Ship crews need to smile more and learn to throw pleasant greetings - it’s a stressful job but this is a customer service oriented business. Shore excursions are fun especially with booze included, food are not impressive, no varieties except selections of chicken, pork and steak tacos. Most of the excursion locations are overflowing with other cruise passengers that it’s like a zoo out there - not enjoyable seeing people instead of learning what the excursion is all about. These locations could have served a premium drink instead of unlimited watered-down drinks. Embarkation and disembarkation are well managed and efficient.

Room was always maintained and kept clean twice a day. The room steward/cleaner is friendly and courteous.
