Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. Food was good, and Pizza was amazing! Staff very helpful and friendly (except Spa).. Tours we took were amazing. Highly recommend the Sloth tour in Costa Rica. Some of the shows were fantastic and some not so good. We booked a cruise while on this cruise for 7 nites on their new ship "Seascape" This was our first on MSC. Been on 20+ cruises. What you see below ...

We did a 17 night sailing....which was a back to back sailing. This is a beautiful ship. It was a great vacation, and had some great places to visit. We were on the ship for Halloween and so many people brought costumes and it was so much fun! 2nd time for us sailing on Halloween. The ship had a silent disco, and that was an absolute blast and a total crack up! Once you took ...

Fine ship, fantastic service. Needed more entertainment.

My first MSC cruise on Seaside was fantastic. There was a variety of entertainment for all. However, on the Divina there was no variety of entertainment and late night music was limited to one venue and catered to a much younger crowd. And unfortunatly the entertainment provided was repetitive and limited to the shows, name that tune and trivia. MSC Seaside had comedy shows and other music ...

Nice ship but poor customer service, operations management, wifi, beverage service, food service.

MSC needs to learn some lessons and modify their operations if they want to compete in the US market. We specifically took this short 4 day cruise as a test case since we hadn't been on MSC before, and we were contemplating an Atlantic crossing/repo cruise on MSC Divina next year. 1. Boarding process took over 2 hours (and we were in early group). 2. Told we could eat/drink at sports bar ...

Terrible experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

I had a negative experience on my most recent sailing. I am an avid cruiser and went in with low expectations as MSC is known for poor customer service, but this was one of the worst cruises I've been on. 1) The internet package was terrible. I could not even download emails for the majority of the trip. 2) The food in the dinning room was terrible. The quality was poor, taste not good, and ...

MSC is getting there!

This is my second MSC cruise and they are definitely making progress. The food is wonderful. I know there are people that complain about the lack of diversity on the buffet but....while the buffet does have the same basic options night after night...that doesn't mean you have to eat all of them every night. There are plenty of options to choose a different meal from the buffet every evening! ...

First and Last MSC Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Divina

This cruise was chosen because of the itinerary-Bahamas, Jamaica, Aruba, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, and Mexico. The price was decent, until all the add ons started showing up. Using an Expedia travel agent, the group of (9) travellers booked this cruise in May 2022. Filled with anticipation like a kid waiting for Christmas to come, we looked forward to the cruise. As the embarkation date ...

Divina Exceeded Expectations -- 12 Night Panama Cruise

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on MSC Divina

First of all, I'll say what Divina is not. It is certainly NOT the prettiest or flashiest ship I've ever sailed on. It does NOT have the huge WOW factor that so many of today's mega-ships provide. It is NOT the freshest most up-to-datest vessel afloat, and in fact, much of the ship looks like it is somewhat past ready for a visit to dry dock, a fact especially noticeable in hallways and ...

This was our 2nd MSC cruise. Our last MS was just before Covid. We were the first cruise after Ian hit Florida. Since the 3 day sailing before our cruise was cancelled we were able to board the ship early. That was a very pleasant surprise. We were walking on the ship by 10:20am. And we were able to go directly to our room and drop off our stuff. This made for a great first day! We had ...

We chose this cruise to be with friends who live in Windemere, Florida. We are a couple in our 60’s who live near Buffalo, New York. I talked my husband into going on this cruise as he was dead set against cruising at this time of year due to hurricanes! We flew down the day before and stayed at our friends house, parked the car at Cruisetime Parking and here we are at Port Canaveral. We had ...
