Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. Food was good, and Pizza was amazing! Staff very helpful and friendly (except Spa).. Tours we took were amazing. Highly recommend the Sloth tour in Costa Rica. Some of the shows were fantastic and some not so good. We booked a cruise while on this cruise for 7 nites on their new ship "Seascape" This was our first on MSC. Been on 20+ cruises.

This is a beautiful ship. It was a great vacation, and had some great places to visit.

My first MSC cruise on Seaside was fantastic. There was a variety of entertainment for all. However, on the Divina there was no variety of entertainment and late night music was limited to one venue and catered to a much younger crowd. MSC needs to learn some lessons and modify their operations if they want to compete in the US market. We specifically took this short 4 day cruise as a test case since we hadn't been on MSC before, and we were contemplating an Atlantic crossing/repo cruise on MSC Divina next year.

I had a negative experience on my most recent sailing. I am an avid cruiser and went in with low expectations as MSC is known for poor customer service, but this was one of the worst cruises I've been on.

This is my second MSC cruise and they are definitely making progress. The food is wonderful. I know there are people that complain about the lack of diversity on the buffet but....while the buffet does have the same basic options night after night...that doesn't mean you have to eat all of them every night.
