This cruise was chosen because of the itinerary-Bahamas, Jamaica, Aruba, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, and Mexico. The price was decent, until all the add ons started showing up.
Using an Expedia travel agent, the group of (9) travellers booked this cruise in May 2022. Filled with anticipation like a kid waiting for Christmas to come, we looked forward to the cruise.
As the embarkation date approached, we were apprised of some of MSC’s ridiculous requirements, I.e., must be on the ship 2 hours prior to sailing; return flight home must be a minimum of 6 hours after Divina pulled into Port of Miami; then Our airline made changes to our return home flights which caused us to make multiple changes to flights, secure a hotel room incurring an additional expense; secure a private shuttle service to get us to the hotel in Cocoa Beach, FL.
The cabin size was good, clean and bright. Did not like it being an adjoined cabin next to a whining child!! More hangers should be provided. Thankfully, I carry my own.
Sophia, the cabin steward, did an excellent job keeping the cabin clean.
