MSC needs to learn some lessons and modify their operations if they want to compete in the US market. We specifically took this short 4 day cruise as a test case since we hadn't been on MSC before, and we were contemplating an Atlantic crossing/repo cruise on MSC Divina next year.

1. Boarding process took over 2 hours (and we were in early group).

2. Told we could eat/drink at sports bar upon boarding. It was closed.
