Staff is from the Philippines and they could not care less about the customers. They are paid very little money so obviously job is not made properly. We had a baby with us and one time we were asked to leave the dining room since there was no place for us and the baby. restaurants was of poor quality and service was poor.
The crew were rude and not very helpful. You ask a question and the crew person would turn away and walk away.
We were 12 people from the USA and all 12 of us felt like costa did not want our business.
The crew just made you feel unwelcome

This was my first cruise, so I have nothing to compare it to, but based on my experience on the Favolosa it will be my last. Initially boarding was a nightmare - only 2 people to book in dozens of passengers that all seemed to arrive at the same time.
