Having cruised with Costa previously, this was a very disappointing experience to the point we have now chosen not to book this line ever again. Ship needs refurbishment, cabin was very small and service was non existent. At the start of the cruise we were asked to select when we would like the cabin to be cleaned! The suggestion was it woul only happen once a day. Rembrandt, you have to pay the gratuities with this line. Forget breakfast unless you like cake, bread buns and fruit. Entertainment was ok but catering for Italian customers. Dining experience was very slow and they now charge fro the water!

My wife has made the suggestion that we only use Costa to get from A to B. In other words, use Costa as a ferry service e.g. Barcelona to Savona. Real cruisers willl be let down by booking Costa Cruise so be warned.
