We chose this cruise because it visited some ports we had not been to before and because we wanted to go to Cartagena again.
Embarkation and disembarkation was well organised but a lot of people did the ealry departure with their own luggage and so there was a massive queue for this.

Just got off the Reflection on a great cruise. With some small hiccups overall but nothing that was easily rectified. I had 2 aft cabins 9380/82 which was great opening the divider between them. Embarkation at San Diego was not a problem, and we were onboard for 12.30 and had nice lunch and a couple of drinks. Got to our room for 1.30 and bags arrived soon after. The ship looked in reasonable condition, although you can always pick faults if you wish to. Food was very good, plenty of choice, both in the Oceanview and the MDR. I give the Celebrity Reflection a 98% positive report. It was refurbished 2018 and now looks like brand new. They did a great job. We do not do the dining rooms any more, just the buffets. The cruise was pleasant enough but when we returned home we found our MasterCard had been charged for an unidentified item. Contacting Celebrity they informed us the charge was for items used from the mini bar. We, in fact, had not used any items from the mini bar during the entire cruise and, more to the point, had not authorised any payment.
