Great trip

Chose this trip because of itinerary & even though we booked 14 months in advance we weren't able to get outside cabin. In general trip was great. Ports were really nice, with beautiful scenery. We generally travel on Celebrity but really enjoyed & appreciated the crew for their service and helpfulness. We do our own excursions so I cannot assess the ship's excursions, but I will say that ...

Great ship and itinerary, only a couple issues

Maître d' Katharina provided exceptional customer service. It's good to see someone who so truly cares about making the customer experience exceptional every time. Our Giovanni's experience was ruined by being served items we advised we had allergies to, then being ignored after being served so unable to correct. Divina (bartender in Diamond lounge) was excellent. We had to go to the ...

We chose this cruise because of the great cost! It was our first transatlantic cruise with 7 other people. The ship had it's 20th birthday while traveling, party was entertaining. The ship is older and smaller than the new ships. It was kept very clean, I viewed many staff members shining brass during the wee hours of the night. The cabin was a little small for 3 people but kept clean. I would ...

Transatlantic relocation: good value, but a bit boring with 7 days sea time

Cheap way to get to Europe, sea view cabin on deck 3, $625 each + gratuities. Smaller boat, mostly older passengers (50+), very few children (which was just as well, since the RotS doesn't have a lot to offer for younger passengers!). Food was good in all restaurants. The anytime dinning service was exceptionally good once we settled into the same section/time every night. The serving ...

To make our trip to Europe. We did meet many People and made some friends. We also enjoyed the Nightly Entertainment, which was very good. I'm sorry to say that the Dinner menu was not what it used to be, like on our trips before this one. I have to say that the Bar drinks went up a lot since I was Cruising in Mach 2017, there are now $ 12.00 a drink. Also we took a land tour in Cartagena ...

Relaxing Way To Get To Europe

We use transatlantic cruises as relaxing, cost-effective transportation to Europe. We prefer a ship this size - large enough to feel there are plenty of places to go and things to do, but small enough that you get to know the staff and meet more people. Our inside cabin was small, as expected, but the furniture placement was awkward. We asked for two of our larger suitcases, which wouldn't ...

Trans Atlantic...enjoy the journey...

Over all the transatlantic cruise was great fun. I do enjoy the "at sea days". I felt the crew was "at a loss" at what to do with this many people on board for so many days. I thought the "meet and mingle" event was a joke...why did they even bother? So many people....cheap door prize drawings, nothing special, why should we attend this? Agree with several of the other comments...Royal ...

Transatlantic, Good value for money by RC penny-pinching

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

Cruised to get a whole load of luggage back to UK, we are selling up in the USA. Ship fine, but RC are now getting penny-pinching. The staff were great, as usual. A transatlantic cruise is fine if you are happy to chill for 6-7 days, which I am. The 'enrichment' talks were not at all good. The 1st presenter's overheads were fuzzy, unreadable. Apparently this was because a) the 'aspect ...

Overall, this cruise was ok. We had taken 2 other transatlantic cruises and this was not as enjoyable as the other two. The cabin was an excellent size but we had to call maintenance 5 times to try to get the thermostat fixed. The entire ship needs to be refurbished. The food was acceptable. For the age group of the majority of cruisers, the activities offered were minimal during the day. ...
