Overall, this cruise was ok. We had taken 2 other transatlantic cruises and this was not as enjoyable as the other two. The cabin was an excellent size but we had to call maintenance 5 times to try to get the thermostat fixed. The entire ship needs to be refurbished. The food was acceptable. For the age group of the majority of cruisers, the activities offered were minimal during the day. It would have been very nice to have movies offered during the day instead of poolside at night where it was extremely cold. The Shore Excursion for the most part were enjoyable and the value was acceptable. I usually enjoy the talent on the evening shows but the talent was not as good as the singers and dancers on other cruises we have taken. You can tell that Royal Caribbean has cut off many of the benefits that used to make them special.
