Our Giovanni's experience was ruined by being served items we advised we had allergies to, then being ignored after being served so unable to correct.
Divina (bartender in Diamond lounge) was excellent. We had to go to the Diamond Lounge most evenings because the Concierge Lounge was full. I find it interesting that they PENALIZE the most loyal customers this way.
