The Old School with Great Customer Service

RC employees are most likely to assure you fall in love with their customer service. You may not love the ship; Enchantment of the Seas but, you'll definitely have the most memorable moments of how each of the staff members are extremely detail oriented & know how to multi task all while catering to your needs & wants. Wahyu was a gem as he remembered my entire family drink orders & personal ...

One of the best Holidays

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Ovation of the Seas

Travelled on this holiday with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. We have cruised before but not with RC and have travelled extensively overseas. This holiday sits at one of the best holidays! The checkin process was very easy and we found ourselves on the boat earlier than expected. The holiday started immediately! Despite the boat being at full capacity during the duration of the whole ...

We chose this cruise because BOS has not been here in Australia before only ROS,same class but different ship. We just wanted to go on a smaller ship again. It was a 10 night South Pacific cruise to in order as we went,Lifou,Luganville,Vila,Mystery Island and Noumea. We have done a few cruises into this area before. At this time, the start of our cruise season is usually very good, but this time ...

Quantum CLASS - all the way!

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Quantum of the Seas

This is cruise #4 for me with RC. My 2 friends have never been on a cruise ship - so after some convincing we all "splashed out" for Grand Suite 11242 - on Quantum from Brisbane-Airlie Beach March 10-14th. Our Grand Suite was level 11 - close to elevators but certainly not noisy. Emabarkation at Brisbane - easy! Make sure you have your ID/RAT test photo, Vacc certificate and Set sail ...

So nice to have a quality ship homeporting in Australia

This is truly a beautiful ship. Very well laid out so that it never felt over crowded despite being close to capacity. And in immaculate condition. It feels like class. So many places to sit and relax, if there's time between all the activities that were scheduled every day and entertainment at night! A terrific 2 floor shopping/eating area to rival anything on shore. Very modern ...

It was our first boat cruise ever and I have to say I loved it all, yes it was a short trip and we just wanted to see if we will enjoy it and if it was for us. Totally recommended highly. Can't wait for our next boat cruise coming in 2 weeks. I will do it all over again. The food was great, and there was plenty to pick from. Entertainment was amazing, and the boat layout was beautiful. Cabins were ...

Ovations remains a great choice for families

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Ovation of the Seas

This was my family's second time on Ovation and it remains a great ship. The activities and shows over Christmas and New Years were a blast. My daughter (12 years old) and my wife (40 years) were both entertained by shows, karaoke and specially dining. I enjoyed the quiet spots on the ship, where I could read a novel or two. The gym was large, easy to access and clean. I went daily and didn't ...

We travelled in November 2022, the ships first sailing this season ex Brisbane. Only one port of the three on our itinerary was available - Noumea - due to Covid. This was a pity but beyond the cruise line’s control. All South Pacific ports have now reopened. Boarding at Brisbane was very efficient and quick. We were onboard within an hour of entering the terminal and our cabin on Deck 11 was ...

Impressed with general organisation and especially cleanliness

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Ovation of the Seas

We were worried about the size of this ship being the biggest we had been on and it had a lot of stuff that we didn't need like bumper cars, surfing, trapeze etc.but it was easy to avoid them and enjoy the rest of the ship as they were tucked away in the sportsplex. What impressed us most was the organisation. Despite having to be medically tested before we got on as we had to change planes ...

Amazing cruise

We chose this cruise because of the Ship as we have always wanted to sail out of beautiful Sydney Harbour and back in again. The destination wasn't as important as the Ship but we did enjoy New Zealand and the itinerary was excellent - enough port days and enough seas days over the 12 nights. Embarkation was extremely well done - 30 minutes from stepping out of our car with our bags and ...
