This was my family's second time on Ovation and it remains a great ship. The activities and shows over Christmas and New Years were a blast. My daughter (12 years old) and my wife (40 years) were both entertained by shows, karaoke and specially dining.

I enjoyed the quiet spots on the ship, where I could read a novel or two. The gym was large, easy to access and clean. I went daily and didn't have an issue with any equipment.

Australian cruisers remain easy going shipmates and there were quite a few Americans, who were also fantastic. This is important as the ship was packed, and patience was needed for some events. I do suggest arriving about 30 min before major shows at the theatre, music hall and 270 lounge, to get a good seat.

Cabin Review

Good enough for 2 adults and a child (12 years). A bit crowded but we managed. A balcony made the day to Fiordland more relaxed.
