The food was mediocre at best. The service was below par. Most of the staff was NOT friendly beyond a hello. The services, organizations were not good. This ship is definitely not for kids. Yes it has slides and pools but the slides are a pain to find the entrance to get on and unless your kid can touch in over 5' of water and knows how to swim there is no pool for them other than an area maybe 10'x8' that is about 3 inches of water. Review Norwegian Epic 7 day cruise to Virgin Islands and Bahamas
Overall rating 2 out of 5. Will not travel on this ship again and that sentiment was shared by most of the people we talked to, especially the veteran travelers.

Just got home from our Norweigan Cruise. This was our 6th cruise ,and by far the worst ever! Loved all our other cruises, but this one was horrible. Staff was either rude or unhelpful.
