We booked a 10 days holiday cruise from NYC to Bahamas & Bermuda in April. We stayed at the 11th Floor Mid Ship mini Suite on the Port side. Chose this cruise to go to Canada. What happened to all the Priority Services????
The problems began with embarkation. Twice sent to the wrong line.. This was a casino sponsored trip which is suppose to get priority. I also have platinum status. I do not think the staff really looked at my ticket. They just shuffled me along. Did too much stand up waiting to get on this ship.
