My friend took me on my 1st cruise, we left NYC late we sailed from 6pm Sunday until 12pm Wednesday where we sat in ocean because there were 2 ships in port so we docked late on Wednesday had no time in Bermuda that day. Spent Thursday in Bermuda & Friday afternoon, we left a little late on Friday sailed full speed through a terrible storm all day Saturday people were sick everywhere, outside decks were all closed it was so bad. The smoking situation was absolutely ridiculous. On Saturday you could smoke in casino or small box room near cigar bar it was disgusting, I understand people find it a disgusting habit, but everyone has there rights & addictions. The food was very boring at all places. My friend has gluten allergies & it was a pain for her to get the food she wanted due to language barriers, she asked an Asian girl for a toasted English muffin & got 2 pcs of gluten free toast & 2 blueberry muffins. Not great for 1st time cruiser kind of turned me off. We also didn’t find the bartenders to be very friendly inside except for bar across from casino. The bartenders outside were great, especially on 17 & 18.
