We were on this ship back in August from New Orleans. We explored the port city 3 days before getting on the ship. We stayed in Wynhdam resort and just walked to the Outlet mall and to the boat with no problem. The checkin process was excellent. No waiting whatsoever. Ship itself: Very clean, some reviews I read said that it was dirty but this was definitely not the case. It can be a little confusing the first day finding your way around the ship. Our cabin was at the back of the ship but our dining room was at the very front of the ship in the Lincoln Dining Room. This was our first cruise and we were up to minute afraid it would not happen due to Barry. We found out 2 days ahead we would actually sail and drove to NOLA on Sunday and spent the night.
