We were on this ship back in August from New Orleans. We explored the port city 3 days before getting on the ship. We stayed in Wynhdam resort and just walked to the Outlet mall and to the boat with no problem. The checkin process was excellent. No waiting whatsoever. We were 1 hour before the checkin time and the line was moving along nicely. Food quality might not be at best but we enjoy to have good variety. The pizza and deli stations are great for late bite or when the buffet stations are closed. Our 12-year old son did not use the pool not even once since it is small and there is no waterwork/slides like other boats do. However, we do enjoy the outdoor movies nightly. Sea days are mostly for relaxation since there is not much qualify entertainment activities especially for young teens. The debarkation process was smooth for us since we were taking our time enjoying the breakfast, last view of the city and left the boat with the last group. Overall, it was a good vacation experience. We always like to cruise at least once a year. Carnival can provide good affordable vacation experience.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

We were on level 1 with ocean view room. No complain. The bathroom stall stopped working, called to the cabin steward, the problem got fixed almost instantly.
