Our 2nd cruise with NCL was a disaster. Staff were rude and miserable. Food was meh. Service at Taste and Savour was a disaster - service was so bad it took 2 hours to eat and we were late for events. This was our eighth cruise and definitely the worst one ever. This ship can hold up to 5000 passengers. It was very crowded. There was one pool for 5000 passengers. Ship has some design flaws! Loved the decor everywhere and the many more choices of where to eat within the cost of the holiday. Liked the water fountains built in, great idea.
