Our 2nd cruise with NCL was a disaster. Staff were rude and miserable. Food was meh. Service at Taste and Savour was a disaster - service was so bad it took 2 hours to eat and we were late for events. They only cleaned our room once a day and our bunk beds remained in place - it was never cleaned until 4 pm everyday.

Ship has some design flaws! Loved the decor everywhere and the many more choices of where to eat within the cost of the holiday. Liked the water fountains built in, great idea.
