Overall we had a great experience on the Danube, but we had a couple of minor complaints that prevent me from calling it a five-star cruise.

If you are thinking about a river cruise, no need to look further than AMA Waterways and the Magna. The ship is beautiful, service and food are terrific and the Budapest to Vilshofen itinerary is beautiful and intersting. We had an A/B Suite. If traveling as a couple, this is a really good choice as the bath features dual sinks and a seperate toilet.
