See below some notably drastic changes we experienced before, during and after the trip to 5 ports from nyc:

1) kids ages 5 and under were in one of 4 hot pools without parent supervision 

2) this ship used to have 2 hot pools on upper deck and those are now gone 

3) the garden cafe has been cut in half with 50% of seating dedicated to handicapped individuals leaving rest of the passengers to eat in their room or out on the deck regardless of weather conditions

4) post dinner snacks have been removed from garden cafe

5) rooms are cleaned once a day and they DO NOT change the sheets at all during your entire 11 day cruise

6) 3 ports from removed from the itinerary - Turks and Caicos and Antigua were removed before cruise departed from nyc and Bermuda was removed 7 days during the cruise by lying to passengers that there was a storm in Bermuda and they us this 4 days before we were going to be in Bermuda.7) do not purchase cruisenext credits as when you complain about your experiences on the cruise to ncl post your cruise trip , they either lie and deny the items you state or will not make up for their sub par service

8) not only were our ports removed from our trip before and during the trip, the staff hired exclusively from the Philippines were trying their best to chase passengers out they just could not wait to end the cruise trip - putting wet paint signs on steam room doors, running out of certain foods on the ship everyday, no milk for coffee, not getting your order right in grand pacific restaurant, uncooked food at magenta, hair found in chicken wings at o’sheehans

9) non-white passengers felt discriminated throughout the entire trip whether it was service at restaurants, how complaints were handled , morning breakfast service etc

I do not recommend ncl for future cruises ….
