Pros: Ship is very nice, modern and clean
Staff was very nice
Ride was very smooth. We travelled thru a 50 Kt windy storm coming back and ship was steady

The cruise was supposed to go to Bermuda. I get it. Itinerary can change, but we found out at check in. They claim due to weather. Weather was bad going to the boring alternative of Port Canaveral and Nassau. Service was terrible. Staff was rude and inattentive. Food was mediocre. MDR was the worst service and food was cold. We chose the cruise to go to bermuda for 3 days as other cruises spend shorter time there. We were hesitant of MSC before going and should have listened.
