We chose this cruise to celebrate our anniversary/birthdays. The itinerary ports of call were some of our favorite islands and we had been extremely impressed on our previous Celebrity cruises with the food and service. We've been on 28 cruses now-- 15 on Celebrity. Very disappointed. We were on the Equinox 2010 first year. Nothing much different,
Problems---
(1)The "refurbishment" they claim not evident at all. Beds are very old and sag in the middle, Hallway carpets need a serious cleaning. Veranda rail needs varnish, and there is rust evident on all areas of Veranda.

Having sailed with Celebrity for over 10 years, we choose this as a trip with friends.
The retrofit that was done, was done well. I do not fault the ship at all. The staff for the most part (98%) gave us the superior service that you expect on Celebrity.

Staff is still an 8 out of 10. Thank you, Celebrity Cruises.
We have now decided to not book Celebrity again due to one big problem and a few small.
The big problem is the food. Main Dining Room was so bad on 6 out of 12 nights. The other nights were - let's say okay.
