Overall experience on the Edge was not up to expectations and I would not travel on this ship again due to the poor service and treatment of suite guest. I have traveled on Celebrity several times previously and this cruise was a disappointment due to the poor service.
I totally understand that it was a holiday cruise, and it was going to be crowded. What I did not expect was the lack of staff to handle the number of passengers that were on the ship.
Staff was shorthanded and overall treatment of suite/Retreat guests was subpar. As a suite guest, I expected better overall service.
Cabin Review
Sky Suite
The cabin was a standard sky suite on the magic carpet. Room was nice and quiet. Bathroom was spacious. The closet space is very limited and was a problem for my girlfriend. We had to leave some clothes in the suitcases.
