We are a mid-50's couple who have been cruising for 25+years with multiple cruise lines over the years. This particular cruise was planned as a combined Christmas, Birthday and Graduation cruise. there were 5 total travelers, we booked 2 concierge balcony cabins, one for my wife and I and one for our son (17), daughter (21) and her fiancé (24). Our disappointment was with the overall service and condition of the ship. the 10 night cruise started with the air-conditioning in the kids cabin did not work. we requested for service the next morning and the response to the service was to turn the vent upside down. which obviously did not help cool the room down. we reported it again at the end of the same day and no response. Dining service in the main dining room with reservations for 6:30. It took 30 min. to get the table. the dining service started with a 25 min. wait for the waiter to hand us our menus. finally after the appetizer were presented and consumed, our assigned our wine steward (sommelier) finally showed up to take our wine request (after requesting for him 3 times). Appetizers were tasty, however the dinner for all 5 of us was sub-par for Celebrity standards in the past. the total time for dinner was approximately 2 1/2 hours and we missed the Christmas Eve show in the theater. I did talk to the maître d' and he assured us that he would address the matter. Night 2 Christmas Dinner in the dining room 6:45 pm, Repeat of Night one dinner but at a new table with new staff. arrived to the show late. night 2 twist was that the cobb salad came dry and when dressing was requested the waiter argues that the salad cam without dressing, my response was "true, however may I have some dressing?" he responded with an yes sir and never returned with the dressing... this continued for the next night and my family and I decided that we were done and left 1 1/2 hours into the next night meal and ate at the buffet. In odder to salvage the dining experience we were forced to make reservations for the specialty dining (extra charge of course) for 3 nights, the Tuscan Grill was awesome, and Sushi on 5 was also very good, we did that one twice. the remainder of the 10 night cruise we ate at the buffet. The service overall was sub-par and out of all the cruises we have been on this was worst than the 4 night Carnival which was the worst prior to this. The COST for 2 cabins and the fact we were stuck with few options for dining. this Cruise Ship and Cruise line need to do an overhaul on their management team. We will not sail with them again.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

One cabin was fine, the second cabin had no Air-conditioning for the entire cruise with the exception of the last night when they finally addressed it after multiple requests.

Port Reviews

St. Croix

Had a wonderful time visiting Rainbow Beach and eating at one of the local spots by the port.

St. Maarten

Awesome time, Daughter was accepted to American University Medical School in St. Marteen 3 days before the cruise and it happened to the first port of call for us. we visited the university and then did the beach, shopping, and local eatery. it was a great time.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Excellent Excursion and had an awesome time, wish the ship would have been there longer period of time.
