Sail Date: Feb 2023
Cabin: Aqua Class

We chose this cruise to celebrate our anniversary/birthdays. The itinerary ports of call were some of our favorite islands and we had been extremely impressed on our previous Celebrity cruises with the food and service. This was our first return to a ship since the pandemic, so we were very excited to return.

We had stayed overnight in San Juan and were able to embark at 12:00. The process was smooth and efficient.

The cabin service not quite on top of things, for instance on the first day told by the steward that any of the bottles of water or drinks in the refrigerator would be charged for. So we did not drink them, after a few days, different ( aluminum bottles of water were added daily) we didn’t want to be charged so left them. Finally, after several days I asked one of the stewards in the hall and she told me no, those are free daily bottles. Also, no face cloths in room, had to ask for them. Turn down service, only 3 of 7 nights had chocolate on pillows, fresh towels not always replenished. On our last night, we still had a few things left in the closet, our steward had already placed fresh robes and slippers for the next guests!

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

The Aqua Class cabin 9042 was spacious enough and efficient. Excellent shower and the bathroom was efficient. The balcony was large enough for the two of us, The only downside was the overhead deck above blocked the sun.
