Long walk with baggage from the cruise terminal drop off. we had a balcony cabin towards the back of the ship, and the vibration was extreme. we called the customer service desk and we told that it would stop after a while. This cruise was chosen because of it's ports of call.
Venice was lovely - arrange your own tours and it is easy to get around. There is luggage storage if you need it - near the people mover.
Dinner staff - one disappeared during service constantly. No one to serve drinks, didn't seem to care when mentioned. I ended up with an ice bucket and pouring my own wine.
