MSC - NOT FOR THE AMERICAN MARKET - no way!

Was so hoping that things were going to be different on this cruise and the Meraviglia since MSC is now making a huge play for the AMERICAN MARKET....but it was really an unfortunate circumstance for a wonderful itinerary....too bad for my group...both ships were lovely but the service and food were impossibly horrible!! Ruined our vacation....Worst vacation in many many years! Production shows were wonderful but that was all there was on Musica and on Meraviglia the ship is fabulous but you get a taste of Cirque (which you pay for) and more production shows...no enrichment activities whatsoever....We were all Black Level Members and were invited to party for Black Members and there was no staff to meet and greet at all....done in very poor taste....Bars were lacking. No hot drinks with dinner...Nickle and dime to death....no water unless you purchase, no juice after breakfast...what a horror...I do not recommend and will not travel with MSC again unless they change for the American market.
