Boarding in Venice was fine. Long walk with baggage from the cruise terminal drop off. we had a balcony cabin towards the back of the ship, and the vibration was extreme. we called the customer service desk and we told that it would stop after a while. No other balcony rooms were available, but lost of excuses from the staff, but the vibration made me regret the whole trip. They did give us one night in an inside cabin room in the front of the ship which had very little vibrations. Thankful for that, but no real good sleep during the cruise. This being said from a person who has never had a sleeping problem.
most of the crew members couldn't answer simple questions, or they gave incorrect answered quite often.
Did prior excursion bookings and our first excursion was a waste of money. One of the archeological site on the tour was closed. Lots of over exaggerated importance was spoken by the tour guide to make the tour seem important.
EXTREEME VIBRATIONS when the ship was at a faster speed
