The Jewel of the Seas has to be towards the bottom end of the scale for good value cruising. If you value a good night’s sleep do not stay in cabins near the central area as the music blasts out of the Centrum every night until midnight and can be heard loud and clear in all the cabins on all levels near the central, open area of the ship. My 75th birthday treat and Bucket List "Go on a BIG SHIP". 4,128 passengers, 1,600 sunbeds. Overcrowded by about 1,000 passengers too many. Queues everywhere.
