This was our first time on the Regal Princess and our fourth cruise aboard a Princess Ship. The Regal is Medallion ready and we loved the system. I could track my son, husband and other shipmates. There was one glitch in which I couldn't locate my daughter because she is a minor not staying in my cabin. It is to protect minors, but there was no way (yet) to let me add her. Our loop hole was that ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted to snorkel and we wanted to try Princess cruises. The ship was lovely, clean, well maintained, well appointed. We enjoyed the water show and the outdoor movies at night. We LOVED the singers and dancers/production shows, and the Beatlemaniacs as well. The comedian was great. The food was beautifully presented and well flavored. Our waiters were very ...
The Regal is a Beautiful Ship, great places to get out of the sun and relax.
We have been cruising for 15 years. Until now we have only cruised with Carnival.
We have found a new love for cruising with Princess, and we will not go back to Carnival.
This is our second cruise with Princess.
the Regal Princess is elegant and sophisticated, tablecloths in main dining room EVERY night! ...
2nd time on this ship. It was great. Western and Eastern Caribbean. Both 7 day sections had an age range from mid 30's to mid 60's. Not the kind of ship for under 18, not much to do for that age range. But plenty to do for everyone else.
You can hide yourself in total isolation away from crowds to submerging into non stop activities.
Anytime Dining was rarely a wait, the Horizon Court ...
Princess really does it right - effortless embarkation and disembarkation, comfortable cabin, great ports. The cruise was a round trip from Ft. Lauderdale - a really easy port in terms of getting from the airport to the ship. Stops were Grand Cayman (visited the turtle farm and Stingray City), Columbia, Panama (tendered excursion on Lake Gatun); Limon, Costa Rica; Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

This was our fifth cruise with Princess, so we were familiar with this cruise line. We have cruised with three other cruise lines, including Celebrity. We were looking for a two week cruise in the Caribbean, and there weren't a lot of options. That's why we booked this cruise, which was sold as a single cruise, but was really two one week cruises: one week in the western Caribbean, then back to ...
I wanted to go thru Panama Canal and I had a previous good experience with the Princess Cruise line. I was disappointed on this ship. The food was sometimes below what I expected and the activities on board weren't as fun as my 11 other cruises on various cruise line ships. The musicians were good but there weren't any magic shows or acrobatics on this cruise. The back of the boat view was ...
I chose this cruise because I had heard they were a notch over Royal Carribbean. The Island Princess is an older ship. No wow factor. A lot of elderly people some in wheelchairs and walkers. Activities were few. Music was very good. I loved the cleanliness of the ship and the stateroom. BUT hated the very small shower stall. However the water was hot and strong. The food was good. but a lot of ...
We are seniors who love cruising, often staying on board while in port. We rarely avail ourselves to bingo, art auctions, or trivia, preferring the relaxing experience of cruising and the excellent service & food.
Our loyalty to Princess gives us elite status, so we enjoy the free laundry and internet, not to mention(But I am about to) the mini bar set ups & shop discounts.
We truly come ...
We chose this cruise because of the itinerary (stops in Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel) and the fact that it was recently refurbished. It was also a great price since we booked six months prior. This cruise was during our daughter's Spring Break as well as her 16th birthday. She was very excited to travel to so many Caribbean countries in one week. As for the ship itself, we took a ...
