Embarkation was very efficient. From arriving at the terminal we were checked in and on board in about 40 minutes. We were given our medallion at check in. The medallion worked very well and unblocked our cabin without fail every time we approached. The tv and information system was clunky at first but improved after we sailed . We drove from Ickenham to Southampton and parked our car in Triangle car park from where we took a taxi to the Mayflower terminal.
