Undercooked meatballs from the Lido. This is unsafe, and the senior staff didn't bother to remove the tray from the buffet.

Lovely Cruise with Fabulous Staff
"We were also surprised to receive an anniversary card from her, delivered to us by a lady in uniform, just superb and excellent service. We simply love Princess except for their disaster of plan to change the way Standard, Plus and Premier packages work, meaning people now have to pay for food outlets that were previously included...."Read More

Not Like My First Princess Cruise

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Regal Princess

I wanted to visit the British Isles and after an exceptional cruies to Alaska, was ready to experience the same here. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was totally disappointed. The ship was in dire need of renovations, my cabin has shredded carpet, poor plumbing, ( bathroom flooded, toilet clogged). I understand maintenance issues happen, but when I have to wait in excess of 2 hours to get ...

Regal Princess; Southampton to Southampton Aug 2023. The ship is ok!  I do think it has a confusing layout, you are only able to go to some floors in some lifts, so you have to get off one lift to walk down corridors, past dozens of rooms, to get to the next lift to catch that one to get to the lower  floors, which you need to do for getting off the ship and to go to the bars/ ...

Chose this cruise for overview of British Isles. Port call at Le Havre France was a plus as it allowed for excursions to Normandy Beaches or Giverny to see Monet's Garden. Crew was superb. Excellent Cabin Steward, Bar and Restaurant Staff. Service was always friendly and timely. Bars were enjoyable spaces and nice places to hang out. Especially liked the Good Spirits bar at atrium ...

Our ninth cruise with Princess and Regal met most of our expectations, some exceeded but one very disappointing concerns. We booked a balcony cabin and chose Caribe, stateroom was upto the normal standard and more than met our needs. Downside of cabin, some stains on carpet, still has plastic shower curtains and no usb chargers in the side lamps. Some rust evident on balcony, but no problem ...

My husband booked this mini seacation as it was such good value. Southampton a couple of hours away so all good. COVID testing process at the port nightmare for us and quite a few others. They check your vaccination details against your ID whilst in the very long queue! However, my NHS app wouldn’t load so we got pulled out of the mahoosive queue to get it sorted. It took about 10 minutes ...

We chose this cruise because of the stop at St. Petersburg. We also booked a two day excursion through Princess and were very satisfied with the experience. The start at Copenhagen and later a stop at Tallin and Warnemunde/Rostok (we didn't go to Berlin) were new to us. The other countries, Sweden, Norway and Finland we had visited before but enjoyed going back again. We have traveled Princess ...

I chosen princess cuz of being a captain club member it was cruising to places my wife an I always wanted to go. The food at the buffet was not up to par. It was mediocre at best. Not a very good variety either. They had only 1 carving station. The dinning room food. Was a bit better the menu had only a few items to choose from fir each category. As far as the activities on board they were not ...

1. When we left Scandic hotel in Copenhagen we asked a Princess rep in the hotel how to buy a ticket for a shuttle to the airport. She rudely said we hadn’t pre-booked one so to “find your own way there”. The taxi cost about 250 Danish crowns. 2. We lined up in the priority boarding line up and it was much slower than the regular line because so few non-platinum people were embarking. A waste ...

Great destinations but cruise across Atlantic was cold & rainy

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Regal Princess

Our trans Atlantic cruise was great when we visited our destinations but cold & rainy during the 5 days we crossed the Atlantic. This meant we were confined to the inside of the ship for the 5 day crossing. There were plenty of diversions & activities inside the ship which made the crossing fun although it would have been nice to be able to use the pool & hot-tubs. The food was no better or ...

2019 New England Cruise- Seven-day journey. The Regal is a large ship that handled the rough sea with grace. The Crew could hot have been and any better and always available for our concerns. We are already planning our next cruise as a result of this fine experience. The food was awesome and always warm. Choices on food are endless and the staff made every meal special. Celebrated my wives ...
